Replaceable Walkway Bollard – Recycled Plastic: Installation

STEP 1
Excavate hole to 300mm deep using a core drill at a minimum of 200mm wide (figure 1).

STEP 2
Tape over the collar at the top of potted base so no concrete can fall inside the locking mechanism. Tape over the drain holes on the bottom of the potted base with degradable masking tape.

STEP 3
Place bollard assembly in position, checking height, angle and finished floor level lines up with the top of the potted base (figure 2).

STEP 4
Fill hole with concrete and let set allowing for finished floor level (figure 3).
