Replaceable Walkway Bollard – Recycled Plastic: Replacement

STEP 1
Remove bollard cover (figure 2).

STEP 2
Insert the 500mm removal bar into the holes in the metal core (figure 3).

STEP 3
Using the leverage of the removal bar, twist the bollard clockwise until it releases. Once is releases continue turning and the bollard will lift from the potted housing (figure 4 & 5).

STEP 4
Replace with a new bollard and collar assembly, carefully locate into potted housing and turn anticlockwise until bollard locks into place (figure 6).

High Impact (Alternative Steps 3 & 4)

STEP 3
Using the leverage of the collapsed core push the core clockwise until it releases. Once is releases continue turning and the bollard will lift from the potted housing (figure 8 & 9).

STEP 4
Replace with a new bollard and collar assembly, carefully locate into potted housing and turn anticlockwise until bollard locks into place (figure 6 above).
